Witch stage was legendary to me - the charisma, the confidence, the talent. Was definitely excited for you to see it. Also, I agree with the preview rehearsals. I found Witch to be not that captivating during the practice and didn't think much of it but the complete stage absolutely BLEW me away! I think AB6ix's performance was really good and perhaps would have won my heart in most cases but they were just up against too strong of a performance. Also, the rapper you liked was Park Woojin previously from Wanna One with Daehwi as well.

haven't finished watching this, but pd you are definitely not crazy, I'm also allergic to temperature changes edit: regarding Yeeun, I think she may have gotten stuck on the idea of going completely the other way, aka not doing rap, which isn't always the best strategy (she could still have shocked people with singing and like pd said kept a rap portion in it)

I absolutely love Barbie, it's honestly one of my favorite songs of the year and CLC fans asked Cube sooo much for it to be officially released and promoted (it didn't, but there was a special stage on MCountdown). Witch is also amazing and I love mnet for releasing all the songs for streaming because I've been listening to it non stop the past months

Mommy Son is Mad Clown btw if you know who mad clown is. That's probably why you got reminded of old school rap he's from show me the money 2, that's also why he has the ski mask on cause he wanted to show a side of him he was limited to do as mad clown.

Mommy Son is actually Mad Clown, in case you still don't know lol. He created that character to be able to explore more with his artistry, outside of his limits as Mad Clown. His voice and face are so easy to tell appart he got recognized right away by the whole country, so now everyone just pretends to not know who he is to let him enjoy that new persona. That's why everyone keep laughing when they mention his supposedly 'unknown identity', they even showed him uncovered in the smtm clips here just for the gag.

I do think Yeeun was lacking this performance due to the fact she didn't rap. She did bring something that Mommy Son could never do which was her clear feminity. The stage reminded me of Hyuna so much though. She could very possibly go the same route as Hyuna if she wanted, fierce sexy on stage but innocent and cute off. If Hyuna was on good relations with Cube still I could actually see her covering one of her songs like Bubble Pop and getting the same effect. With that being said I still enjoyed it!
