Fun fact: Pentagon´s Wooseok participated in the chorus of the song...im pretty sure the air exhale at the end of the first chorus its him...and maybe the chorus between the dumdi dumdi too...but im not sure. Also the song as soon as i heard it, it reminded me to Shakira´s song for a world cup...or the many songs for the African or the Brasil World Cup.

Dumdi Dumdi sounds like it could be a Children’s Disney Song. E.g. Moana or like Zootopia. That’s the first vibe I got.

I was really surprised by this song, because it is so wildly different from every other song I've listened to by them. I personally feel that it doesn't suit their style. It is definitely a good summer song, but it feels just okay ... One reason is probably that their voices weren't used as efficiently as in other songs and another is that this seems a little unrefined. Usually with I-dle songs it feels like only they could do something like that, whereas I could imagine multiple other groups doing this! As you said it was missing that crunchy, special I-dle factor, but I appreciate the attempt to try something new, because they can't always hit hard, right? In that way it's a nice switch up :)

2021-07-18 05:22:38 It's good for a summer single attempt. But yeah maybe because Oh My God & Lion turned out to be such masterpieces and also Uh Oh and Latata were much more refined. Maybe I missed the special I-DLEness in this song. But it's got a good groove and it grew on me after listening to a few more times :)
