Yay... I have been waiting for this 😊

this is one of my favorite songs already, such a bop

Woohoo! I adore them and I loved this comeback. They did an awesome job following up their debut. I agree with everything you said. The girls are super impressive performers, especially considering how young they are. Reminder that the Maknae, Dahyun, turns 15 (international age) this year. And Sohee, the one with short hair, is only 16 too... Seriously they have a ton of potential. I'm excited for their future comebacks. Also it'll be interesting to see what happens post IZ*One when Chaewon and Eunbi return to Woollim and if they decide to add one or both of them to Rocket Punch.

woollim is really handling them well i think. Thier youtube series "Punch Time" feels unqiue to what most groups put out and its always so entertaining. Woollim even made the series its own channel and makes english subs for it.

Yeah totally agree. I've been really happy with how Woollim is handling them. And Punch Time has been really fun and like you said it feels unique and different from what I've seen from other groups.

Ahh I'm really glad you like it, this song is great! I wasn't the biggest fan of the shouting parts on the first listen (though admittedly I watched the MV right when it dropped which is like 2 am here, so it was a bit jarring), but it grew on me very quickly. I've had the whole album on repeat for past couple weeks, honestly it's all great. I'd definitely recommend giving it a listen when you get the chance if you haven't already. Also, the girl whose voice you pointed out is Suyun! She's the tall one and is my favorite ^^ She's really funny on their YouTube series (Punch Time, check it out, it's great) and just has great energy overall!

You should check out the song that just came out by Lee Daewhi from AB6IX. The song is called Rose, Scent, Kiss. When I first went to watch it I had high expectations but I was completely blown away. The style he shows in the music video is something that only he could do and it really represents him as an artist.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: February was an outstanding showing for girl groups. I was looking forward to LOONA's (long awaited!) comeback only but GODDAMN did the other girl groups bring their A-game. Huge applause to every single one of them.

I think it was a great first comeback for them. I wasn't a fan initially of the shouting/cheerleading parts...but after listening to it more times I grew to like it and I agree that the sing-talking trend was much worse so this new trend now doesn't bother me as much. I was curious what kind of concept Woollim would give them for the comeback and I think this colorful teen crush concept fits them well since they are so young. And I feel that Woollim is trying to make all of them all-rounders since officially they didn't assign any positions like main vocal, main dancer, etc for each member (only the leader position for Yeonhee), so I think that's why all of them are strong dancers/singers. I think they have a lot of potential...just hope Woollim keeps handling Rocket Punch well.

Hi PD, I just subscribed to your Patreon because i love your YouTube channel so much, in fact I downloaded Patreon just to support you haha. I’m so happy you reacted to Rocket Punch’s comeback! I’ve been waiting to hear your thoughts on it. I agree with everything you said, I definitely see a following theme with their debut, and the way their main song is arranged in a non typical way, which I find very interesting. I’d love if you do a listening party to their mini album bc it’s really good, and their b sides show a different side to their vocals imo(: ps. I’m glad to be part of this community❣️

Please also check out Cignature’s debut song Nun Nu Nan Na and Cherry Bullet’s Hands Up, they have a similar vibe, really nice
