This is gonna be a long comment. Replying to your questions/comments: Haechan: Yes, he is so hilarious, a proper maknae. He really likes to mess with other members specially Mark and Doyoung (sometimes a bit to much). When he is in NCT Dream, he isn’t the maknae but behaves the same. Yuta: I can’t really say much about Yuta’s accent since I’m not fluent in Korean but there is a video in youtube where the translator they hired for their concert in Mexico explains her experience. She said that the staff told her to be careful with Yuta because he was not a fluent member and sometimes you couldn’t understand him. Yuta has always said that it was really hard for him when he moved to Korea because he couldn’t understand the language and he was the only SM japanese trainee. I don’t remember if it was Ten or him, but one of them used google translator (or similar) to be able to speak with other members. Mark described him very well, he’s so nice and genuine! Jaehyun: Yes!, he is fluent in English and there are a lot of memes/inside jokes in the fandom about it. He admitted to losing/forgetting the language but since the American promotion started (Regular, end of 2018) he has been practicing it. I completely agree with you, from 5-10 are the best years to learn a new language. The same happened to me but with English/Spanish. Taeyong: He has tried really hard to be fluent in English. His progression of the language is extraordinary. Before their American promotions, he could barely speak a few words (or at least was shy to do so). Now he has gained confidence and practically understands everything and can reply to you in English. I’m assuming they have teachers, but Mark and Johnny spend half of the time speaking in English so I think he picked it up from them as well. There is a video where he repeats everything Mark or Johnny say in English (it was very cute!). I think the video showed their personalities really well. -- Congratulations! You now know/can recognize more than 50% of NCT’s members. Currently, they have 21 members (WayV, Dream and 127) Known (oldest to youngest): Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun, Winwin, Lucas, Mark, Hendery and Haechan. Not known: WayV: Kun, YangYang, XiaoJun Dream: Jisung, Chenle, Jaemin, Renjun and Jeno 127: Jungwoo (he was on a break due to health reasons for a couple of months) To finish (sorry for the length), I’m really curious about your comments on NCT 127’s new “music video”. It’s not a title track but more like Highway to Heaven.
