I think they put 21:29 as the last song to comfort us after the share impact impact of every other track. But yes Love Foolish is the superior

Love Foolish crept up on me! I actually hated it on first listen, and now it's one of my favorites b-sides of 2019! For some reason it gave me major ABBA vibes? Like I thought if they debuted today, ABBA could do this song. Maybe it's all the Europop feels? Props to Momo for writing the lyrics.

I feel like they have some heavy western elements in this album and have sort of lost their twice charm in the process. Neither of 2019's albums really did it for me except for Twice's Japanese album (&Twice). That had more mature sounding songs while retaining Twice's charm. I still think though that Yes or Yes is Twice's best complete album with BDZ being their 2nd best.

Looks like you Mu-gasmed over Love Foolish and had the smoke while chilling to 21:29 Lols Momo wrote the lyrics for Love Foolish with aide from Shim Eunji, JYPE's inhouse Producer. All members of TWICE contributed to the lyrics of 21:29, the titled is when the members had finished the lyrics, it's a fan song. You have great insight in mentioning Retro Euro-Pop as the majority of Songs TWICE released, both Korean and Japanese, is mostly written by Europe based Composers. TWICE are "maturing" with Music by going Retro rather than the R&B or Hip Pop route that most GGs take. Anyway, loved your review

TRICK IT, LOVE FOOLISH, GET LOUD, Feel Special are my favorites of this album. I just can’t stop listening to them since it released til now lol And I honestly never really liked most of TWICE’s songs until 2019.
