with Siyeon covering Overose make a impression of AreoSmith bc of the scarf she is very overlook. and with Yeonjung she alway have great voice. Strong voice. and Yoojung is very lively she can bring the room popping.

It kills me that Yoojung still feels like she has to prove herself to anyone. She was the absolute heart of IOI and I'll go to the mat any day for Weki Meki being the most criminally underappreciated girl group in the industry right now. Yoojung is a star, and I hope she knows it. Stellar performances all around.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree here PD. The finals came down to Siyeon and Yeonjung, and in classic Dreamcatcher fashion, I think she got screwed over. She had a very interesting song choice (as in atypical of a vocalist battle show, can't remember what it was) and Yeonjung went with old, reliable Taeyeon. I'm not saying this because I don't think Yeonjung is an incredible vocalist. I'm really just kind of venting because I'm tired of watching DC get fucked over again, and again, and again. Yoojung didn't make it past the first round, which sucks, but I hope she saw the fan reaction, because it was overwhelmingly positive. I straight up didn't think she'd be able to hit those high notes in the chorus, and I say that as someone who is like, ABSOLUTELY WHIPPED for Choi Yoojung. She killed it even more than I could have hoped for. Don't take this as hate y'all I still think Yeonjung did a great job. Very few people can even BEGIN to consider trying to cover a Taeyeon song, much less nail it. I just enjoyed Siyeon's performances more and am just kind of tilted.

V-1 was a 3-episode Chuseok special where vocalists from different girl groups + some soloists competed to take title of best vocalist. I loved Siyeon's and Yeonjung's performances and personally would've picked Siyeon to win the whole thing, but Korea loves their ballads and that's what Yeonjung stuck to I also enjoyed Cherry Bullet's Bora and Haeyoon's performances too. These are pretty old but would love to see you react to Mamamoo's Immortal Songs performances! Especially Backwoods, The Way to Sampo, Passion Flower, the medley, or any of them, really!

Hi! You might already be planning to do this, but since MAMA was last night (this morning?), I recommend checking out some of those stages. I think the strongest ones from the award show were the Mamamoo/JYP and ONEUS/ATEEZ collabs. If you're interested in even more: GOT7, Seventeen, WayV and BTS!
