The guy you pointed out you like is Han Jisung. His official position is rapper but he's also an amazing singer! He sings the high part in Hellavator and also sings in Grow Up. He's in 3RACHA with Chan and Changbin

Stray Kids is coming for my soul. I've liked nearly everything they've put out-- and there isn't a song on I am NOT that I don't like. I bought the CD and it's been blasting in my car since release.

That is Jisung aka Han that you like. He describes himself as "sentimental" so even though he can rap like a badass, his voice is smooth. By the way, this song is actually not a "b-side" it's a "b-title" cause this song describes the album, Kids suggested this one to listeners and described this as the main idea of their album. District 9 is more likely an intro of theirs, they tried show the whole world that they are going to throw and flip all the tables and be different from the general Kpop world. Stray Kids is complicated to be honest... But i like them, a lot.
