Ahyeon's dancing on her first verse threw me off a lil bit too, I was expecting a lot of energy and sassy attitude to match with the verse 😔 maybe she was not feeling well or that's just the concept they're going for idk

Ahyeon got a massive hate train regarding her performance. It was mostly around Sheesh era I think and some perfs during their fanmeets. Alot of people were saying how she’s doing too much that they don’t look in sync cause of her. It went on for weeks and after that she toned it down and people were still complaining she was being sarcastic and couldn’t take criticism. Anyway I hope she performs like she initially does as she seems to be enjoying more before :( You should also check out special performances for both Clik Clak and Drip if you haven’t yet! :)

Yeah Ahyeon dance without any energy which would be ok if the other ones didn't dance at a 120%... I understand that after thevhate she got for over performing she towned it down but now she stands out because of that. Hope she will managed to get her energy and confidence back. Now it might also be to save energy for the high note at the end but it's still look weird

Ruka love ❤️ one of my favorite performers in Babymonster. To echo the Ahyeon comments she really did get a lot of hate at least from what I saw online (I saw it in particular in Forever era). Not to make assumptions but I have to remind myself that these girls are so young and vulnerable in that sense. I hope she finds her confidence because I loved her energy. My other guess would be maybe they want her to tone it down to have energy for her live belts? Which is another thing people criticize her for.

i think Ruka's energy is similar to Hyunsuk's energy (from Treasure not Yang Hyunsuk🤣) in my opinion, she's like a female version of Hyunsuk

Yeah im personally a really big fan of this choreo the only thing that brothers me is that it’s painfully obvious that ahyeon is lowering her energy and movements and i just feel sad for her. I miss her old energy like from the sheesh era. I feel like those “over dancing” “trying to stand out” criticisms really got to her. Her moves and facial expressions look restricted in comparison. I just hope she doesn’t pay attention to those criticisms and just dance in her own style again soon. Because it really feels like she succumbed to the mean “fans”.

I noticed the thing with Ahyeon too and I am not sure what is the reason behind that. I heard she was told she “over-performs” her moves, so maybe she wanted to “calm it down”? 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♂️ Under the Clik Clak performance video I mentioned Pharita being “the baby” of BabyMonster, although being the second eldest, but I don’t want to focus on the age aspect, because all of them will eventually get old 😅😅 Because of that I view all of them like this: I have always viewed Ruka and Asa as the Monster part of this group. Pharita being the Baby part. Pretty much the whole time too. Then Ahyeon has always been the perfect embodiment of both sides, therefore Baby & Monster and to her I would add Chiquita, who has always been a good example of both sides too, but the more she grows the more she embodies it to the same level as Ahyeon does. Which leaves us Rora and Rami. Rami has been “the third behind Ahyeon and Chiquita” in the core realm of BabyMonster. Rora used to be in the Baby part with Pharita, but lately Rora has started to change her place and it is to the level of me considering she might be “more BabyMonster” than Rami is. It will be interesting to see them grow and fulfil different sides and aspects of BabyMonster. Although I would say in the case of Pharita it is not just because of her young face and she might still be in the “Baby part” in the future too. But if the rest becomes more and more “BabyMonster-like”, I wonder if there are chances to see Ruka or Asa to become “less Monster” to be more BabyMonster 😅😅 Technically I can imagine Asa “joining the BabyMonster core club”. Ruka being the Monster. Pharita the Baby. And the rest of the group meeting at the core and being BabyMonsters.

I was so pleasantly surprised how badass Rora is in this concept!! I noticed ahyeon too but I thought maybe I was being unfair, I’m glad everyone else feels the same. In the mv she had so much presence and I missed it in this performance :( asa bout to steal my heart tho rami better watch out😆

I agree, Rora’s performances are oozing so much charisma and is just getting better and better. Chiquita is gonna be a household name in a few years time, mark my words🤣🤣

they just performed both drip and click clack at inkigayo. the stages were great but i noticed there were alot of cuts and noticed some of the live singing didnt get edited in well so i had a look at their full cam stage and their live singing sounds so much louder and apparent here including ahyeons high note https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQ4RIghEvUs
