You were hyper critical of the camera work and what it was doing to the overall msg of the song, and it was perfect. I have to ask where can I see any music video, drama, or other thing that you personally have shot, or directed or provided camera work for? Other than the reaction videos here with a fixed camera. If you are going to speak as you are an expert, please establish yourself as an expert. Personally, I think you are an amateur videographer at best, nit picking professionals with years more experience than you. It makes you sound UNJUSTIFIBLY Arrogant. Not all of us are buying the "PD" Character you are playing. I will happily say I am wrong if you by some chance actually have produced and directed someone other than your own, videos. Do share.

They have movies they directed and wrote on their YouTube page. I’m not sure what else beyond that but PD has done some work in this field

I wish we got more choreo in the fire scene at the end we literally only got one shot 😭 it’s the right placement for the last part of the song but I think it would’ve been cooler to stay there with the fire instead of the red carpeted room

they gave the video a 10/10 at the end even w all the nitpicks bc they enjoyed it overall. he doesn’t need credentials to be allowed to make comments on a music video, just like every other youtuber who makes reactions for fun. i personally am not that big of a fan of this mv, and that’s okay bc i love itzy and i love the song, just like PD. questioning their character bc they didn’t exactly LOVE all the mv choices & you did is weird. unnecessary and rude comment imo.

@Marii I disagree. You can fangirl him all you want. What's weird is that you somehow think my opinion is less valid than yours. I didn't question his character at all. I questioned his professional standing that gives him the ego to by hyper critical of people who are actually better at producing, directing, and shooting videos than he is. That's all. When someone who is not at the same level of experience, quality and expertise, then tries to present themselves as an expert opinion on that work, it's 100% ego driven. FYI. I am not the 1st person to tell PD this. Sometimes his ego goes beyond overboard. This is one of those times.

You have been a patron for a long time, do you harbor hate towards Jaehyuk? Any of the personal videos posted or podcast discussions have talked about PDs videography career and I understand you are just here for ITZY but I’ve seen many comments that aren’t just professional criticism, if it is it could be worded more politely to disagree bc you are name calling “arrogance” , I think people said you attacked PDs character when you are making claims about a person you don’t know “playing a character” I would assume you don’t know Jaehyuk in real life to pass such judgment — you do seem to post a lot of negative comments tho for a few years now, is everything alright ? Do you need someone to talk to? This community for Groupys is very open and kind, if you need to talk to someone genuinely

Appreciate the Kulture Study on this! I totally agree with the shot choices especially towards the end and we can see where something like that in the inkigayo stage where the energy is brought to its full potential ! I just couldn’t figure out/word it correctly until you broke it down; I do love the shadows and vibes you pointed out the lighting was perfectttt AND THE WATER SCENES CHILLING!!!

This video put tears in my eyes and helped paint a complete picture of the song. Agree with you that the cinematography, concept, and lighting are incredible in relaying this message. I know nothing about filming, but I think you explained why I struggled with the section in white. Also, having the dancers (imaginary friends) behind them is so impactful and conceptually so unique. 😊

I watched ITZY reacting to this MV and I was so shocked that Chaeryeong was so skeptical of her performance and worried during filming if she fit the concept 😭 she’s so perfect for this and built for this song too!! The blonde looks great on Chaer and her leading the first dance break post chorus is ESSENTIAL bc she’s that soft power you see she’s done with Mine so well, glad the members reassured her bc she definitely shined so brightly
