The thing you are describing by comparing them to a western-like group is pretty much the idea of US focused Kpop groups like Katseye and that is the vibe this group gives me. Which is... I don't know, I don't mind it, but at the same time it just does not gets me involved as I had been since the announcement of this group to debut until they debuted. Also regarding the runway walk they had in the beginning... I think most if not all of them has been a model, which is the other thing about which I am not sure how to feel about. Nothing against models, but the group seems like as if Teddy took models and decided to train them. Sure, they still have the talent, I don't deny that, but they as a group give such a serious vibe/attitude. And all these things are not wrong at all, interesting approach for creating a group, but I am just confused how to feel all the time. Anyway... Live stages (mainly this one) and this NPOP performance did justice to the song and the whole concept way more than the music video. I kind of appreciate the song more now, but it still has not grown on me... I would agree it is a good introduction song of them, but we still do not have any statement of anything else to be released. I searched how it was with 2NE1, because Fire was also released as a single at first prior to the iconic debut mini album, but in that case the mini album was announced, in the case of MEOVV, there is no information and since we know Teddy took "big" breaks (compared to other acts of Kpop) within BLACKPINK releases, I am slightly afraid this introduction-like song might be the only song we get for a while... When it comes to Narin, I confused with her the most and I don't want to say this out loud, because I don't want to insult her, but to me she seems rather arrogant than badass. But apparently that is just me. I have nothing against her and I am open to get to know them all more.

Like, do you mean on stage or off stage. Because most of them have modelling experience and maybe they are just confident because of having walked on runways before. Or she in general is just really confident. I thought in the beginning of enhypen’s carreer that Jay and Heeseung were a bit arrogant as well. But they were just confident in their capabilities.

If you check out her fancam, you can see that she kinda has what i call "The Yeji Thing" going on, she is an amazing performer when it comes to facial expressions, like Yeji is. What sets them apart from other idols (might be more like them but Yeji is the only one I could think of atm) is that they also act whenever they aren't center. She might become a big player in the future. Edit: she is very much like NMIXX Kyujin in that way as well

Personality wise, she is an ENFP so she is like Miyeon, Kotone, Yeonji, Chuu, Yeojin, Sana, Swan. So I think she might be a cutie off stage (I do feel like she might be more like an INFP than ENFP though). Also the same type as Cha Woongki, and someone like him isn't really the "Bad boy/Bad B*ch" type.😂😂

Keep in mind I did not say I don’t like her. I don’t want to judge based on only the first impression + I am aware there is not much to make the impression at the first place. I just wanted to say rather than the “YG badass vibe” it gives me different vibes. Maybe arrogant was not the best word to use for it.
