I want to add onto what you said about chasing lightning - yes, it is about "what is the point of living if you don't live a little crazy" as you put it, but I think more than that they also addressed some very specific hobbies/interests/loves of theirs that they have been criticised about in the past for example, kkura has gotten hate for crocheting ("when she should focus on singing"), yunjin (and really the whole group) have gotten hate for what and how they eat, people have even made fun of chaewon's dog them using such trivial things as examples for what in the beginning of the song they shouldn't do and then by the end encourage to do imo is a play on how they get criticised for absolute BS but they "can't change the weather", i.e. can't change that they get hate and thus they "wanna chase lighting", i.e. push through and do what they love regardless that's my take at least

yes, I also loooved this album!!! They performed a slightly shorter version of 1-800-hot-n-fun all the way back in April for Coachella and i've been obsessed ever since. I actually love the live version of it more than the studio version simply because of the energy the girls bring when performing it.

Saki is Sakura! It is taken from her name, written as 咲良. The first character there, 咲, can be read as "saki" which means "to bloom"! Edit: You definitely should watch their Coachella performance of 1-800-hot-n-fun, particularly the first week version of it. Sakura is hauntingly, ungodly beautiful that day. God.

I was so disappointed on the streaming of No Celestial that they don’t let Chaewon say FUCK but they do on the CD, I’m so glad I have the CD☠️, so I’m so glad they finally get to on 1800hotnfun 😂
