We know that JAEHYUN is an all rounder. Like he's truly the definition of that word. He can sing, dance, rap, compose, and a visual too!! Sadly, because of that, a lot of people were forgetting that he is in fact one of the actual main vocalist in NCT127 (also because he's a baritone and that's not the usual in Kpop), but thanks to this album, fans are starting to give him the recognition he deserves with his vocal talent more. His range and versatility. 🤧 I'm glad that Jaehyun was able to participate in the decision making and producing of his debut album. He's so talented and gaaad his music taste 💯 I'm so proud of him 🥹 Thank you so much for this reaction PD! Glad you loved it too! AOTY 💚💚

I think you're spot on with how you described his voice. I personally find it to be a mix of Baekhyun and DO, with some of his own spice added to it.

One thing I love about this album is how timeless it is, in terms of production and the genre. I have a feeling I can listen to this many many years from now and it simply won't feel dated. It has only just come out, but it feels like a certified classic. This is something I especially appreciate considering how much of the music industry is really leaning into the Tiktok or dance challenge virality, I'm glad Jaehyun's creative direction allowed him to create a record that is almost like a portraiture of him.

All of their solo albums this year have shown how incredible of an artist they ALL are! They have proven that they are true artists not just idols. All of nct are so insanely talented it's unreal. I don't understand how so many beautiful voices and people ended up in the same group! S.m are FINALLY recognizing them and letting them be the true artists they were always meant to be! They have worked so hard for the past 9 years to get to this point. I never imagined I'd be this in love with NCT since getting into them with Cherry Bomb in 2017! They have proven themselves time and time again as being one of the most musically inclined groups. Theyre honestly their own genre at this point. Ever since Empathy 2018 album. Then Fact Check and Golden Age. Now all the solos. I NEED a solo album from fucking ALL of them! Let's go!

Yuta is preparing his solo debut with a Japanese album for the month of October 2024 (so he skipped the queue/line of NCT solos, in which Mark was supposed to be the next one early next year. Speaking of Japanese NCT releases, WayV made their Japanese comeback! They made their Japanese debut with a single Welcome To My Paradise and last month they released their first EP called The Highest. For some reason they released the digital version first and later this month the physical version with music video is going to be released! + NCT Wish is releasing their mini album in 10 days, but I am not sure how you decided with watching Lastart/getting to know them more before reacting to their music

This is an AMAZING year for NCT soloists. We had Ten, Taeyong, Doyoung, and now Jaehyun. Not a single one was a bad or mediocre release. It's crazy how each of them are so distinctive in style and genre, and maintain top of the line quality. I feel like this one I unexpectedly liked a lot. I wasn't surprised that he went with r&b and more chill genre. But it's just how Jaehyun is such a low-key person that I forget how impressively skilled and versatile he truly is. Then he drops this, and it's when I get an entire track of JAEHYUN that I'm like, oh jeezus this man is insanely good. I'm usually just too distracted by his stupidly pretty face to remember that he's also a fantastic singer in his own right. Say what you will about SM as a management company, but they're bringing it in terms of music production. I have full confidence the remaining NCT solo debuts will continue to impress.
