Ahhhh fantastic show, so excited to see your reaction to this series! I've seen the child actor that plays young Ha Eun Gyeol in a lot of shows over the last few years, and he's always impressed me, but this is absolutely his most compelling performance so far. He conveys a lot of really complicated emotions and a lot of subtle character and mood shifts really well. On the topic of asian actors and more korean actors in western media, I want to shout out Lee Jung-Jae for his performance in The Acolyte (Star Wars show). The circumstances around that show were really messy and the show itself was really divisive, but there were some incredible performances in it and Lee Jung-Jae's character Sol immediately became a fan favorite, and he's now one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. Lee Jung-jae did such a great job playing an earnest but conflicted character. I believe his experience with English is also rather low but he was really passionate about the role and studied a lot and it really showed in his performance. Manny Jacinto is also in the show and is another fan favorite with an incredible performance.

This little Eun Gyeol is probably one of my favorite kid actors I’ve ever seen. His performance completely ripped my heart to shreds and I was uglyyy crying with him 🙈😭

Reason why I watched this was because of Seol In Ah. I became a big supporter when I watched her weekday show in 2020 I believe, and it was her first main lead role. I was just amazed by her acting and she showed so much emotions.
