25:05 - I pretty much explained this thing in the comment under the previous episode. Basically Eren can use the power of the Founding Titan only if he touches someone with the royal blood (like Historia or Dina Fritz or technically even Rod Reiss… if you remember how him and Historia touched Eren in the cave, where he was chained up. Regarding the Attack Titan and things you have mentioned here… to put it simply for now… memories play a big role in this whole story. 28:55 - The moment of Historia touching the paper and having the vision… Well, that is something similar as when she killed her dad and at the same time she had similar vision/moment in her mind. It simply shows that Subjects of Ymir are all connected and since Historia has the royal blood, she may have random visions like this. In this case it was because Ymir (her love Ymir) touched/interacted with the paper, so for Historia it unintentionally provided quick deep dive into Ymir’s mind and what she is going through right now

Fun fact: the English title “Attack on Titan” is actually a slight mistranslation of the actual Japanese title. In Japanese, the title is “Shingeki no Kyojin.” Shingeki meaning attack and kyojin meaning titan. So the more accurate translation is “the Attack Titan.” Which is the title of this episode as well as the name of Eren’s Titan. So this whole time the name of Eren’s Titan has been revealed just from the title and Kruger in this episode confirms it 🤯
