Another banger of an album (as expected of skz)!!! My favourite tracks off this album are twilight, I like it and JJAM :D I'd highly recommend checking out their 1. I agree it does feel like they are cementing a new era of their sound that they're going to build on for the next coming albums. And having the song stray kids on this album means so much considering they have just renewed their contract.

thank you for the reaction, I was looking forward to it! them releasing a festival version of chk chk boom makes SO much sense given that they headlined three festivals this year!! (two in Europe and most recently Lollapalooza in Chicago - hope you check Lolla out as you can probably find high quality footage of that one the easiest) this is also the first album since no easy that has gotten "proper" B-side promotion - of course we get multiple MVs from them every comeback (many of which you have missed, I think) but they just recently also started promoting jjam on music shows!

Thanks for the great listening party! I totally understand what you mean. The songs on the album aren't all super catchy at first listen. I think apart from Mountains and Chk Chk Boom, none of the songs were straight in my head. But all of them were immediately super interesting, if that makes sense. In the meantime I can say: I love Runners. Runners is just something completely new and this post-apocalyptic night chore theme is really so good. I've often thought of the movie ready player one while listening to the song. That's kind of the vibe, haha Then I love JJam. The song is just fun and the fact that SKZ split the song into units is super creative. Overall, it's another mega album from Stray Kids, where no song disappoints. BUT! here comes my criticism to you: Chk Chk Boom festival version is better than Chk Chk Boom? No?? That's so funny that our opinions are so far apart here. But a lot of people seem to love the festival version, so you're not alone. xD Do you also plan to react to the other MVs that SKZ put out for the album? That would be Mountains, Stray Kids and JJam. Oh and maybe live performances too? If it was up to me, I'd want you to watch everything xDD

also I agree with some other commenters that you would really enjoy their album intros! they explain the general process of making their songs and also show some behind the scenes of producing and recording - highly highly recommend! (5 star's intro was in three parts and probably the most extensive one but usually there is only one video)

thank you for the listening party! i honestly feel like you’d enjoy the album intros more than anything you’ve watched from stray kids so far. stray kids have headlined 3 festivals this year so the festival version is really useful 😂 JJAM is by far my favorite, especially after watching them explain it in the intro. JJAM, Mountains, & Stray Kids have a MV i hope you’ll check out! they also just performed JJAM on mcountdown! def worth a check out :) Stray Kids also just renewed their contract so they have all expressed how important/special this album is to them 😊 they have lots of recording and dance behinds especially from 5-star + Rockstar i hope you can one day get to! one of my personal favs i think you’d like the most other than the ate intro!! https://youtu.be/YMb3EHXjs50?si=wfLUL_3ReXXjFwjm also, stray kids have expressed that this is going to be their only album released this year sadly, but we will have a special album this year which i assume will be their skz-records being put onto another album just like the last skz-replay album!!

Stronglyyyyyyyy recommend their lollapalooza set this year. Went absolutely mental with the set list and hearing the new songs live is another thing. This was such a fun album and album reaction!! I love this whole comeback, and I strongly agree with everyone requesting the intro video, b side music videos, and lollapalooza set!! I also always love the mashup videos they release to tease all the songs on the album, and I believe the mashup video for Ate is the first time it’s gotten its own video, as opposed to being a compilation of snippets from the upcoming music videos for the album! It’s so fun to watch especially after listening to the album to see how they utilized little pieces of each song!!

They are also promoting jjam on music shows. They are promoting a b-side for the first time since domino in 2021!

There are mvs for stray kids, mountains, and jjam hopefully you can check them out as well as their new ost slash for deadpool!! they also performed at lollapalooza i feel like you would enjoy it they did amazing honestly.

As much as I like reguetón, Chk Chk Boom made me feel like: “Huh… it’s cool, but it somehow is completely not what I was expecting from Stray Kids to do with this kind of music” And that applies pretty much to the whole theme of this mini album… I like it, but I hope it is just “let’s chill out a bit album before something way bigger” rather than “we are about to go for this style from now on”. If it is like this, it is completely understandable… if you think about it, from Go Live they have been GROWING GROWING and Lalalala felt like one big final statement, so obviously both them and we all here need to take some time to breath 😅😅

I can’t wait for you watch other mvs from the album - mountains Stray kids- which has all other videos within the mv like hellvator , district 9 , blueprint , mirroh , plus it has so areas of the live performance like them watching themselves performing live. and ect. Jjam - is a very sticky looking mvs it’s so good . I really like Lee know vocals especially his falsettos 🥹 and I do love i.n and seungmin vocals as well! They all did so well on videos !!
