Hey there everyone and welcome to the Cattle Crew’s Weekly News. I’m Ryan, your new host for your weekly dose of project updates to keep you guys in the loop on what’s going on behind the scenes. So here’s what’s been going on this week:

Founder’s Foundry

Fungal Dragon is currently at work on a little TLC for the battle sprites in Cattle Castle 2 as they work towards reducing animation blur as well as creating new idle animations for combat.

Writing

B-ridge and the rest of our amazing writer team have been hard at work in the writer’s room as they work hard, producing traps and puzzles to keep the players on their toes, even if they think they might be finally safe.

Programming and Game Design

Cimex Ex Machina is currently hard at work redesigning enemy combat patterns to require more strategic approaches to defeat in battle, allowing players to transfer their problem-solving skills from the game’s puzzles into combat.

Sound

We’ve got exciting news from our Sound department as Ania the Sheepcow is currently hard at work producing soundtracks for an upcoming untitled project.

Wildcard Update:

Introducing the Wildcard Update, a new section of our weekly news. This is a special sneak peek section where we give you a small tease of something that could be involved in one of our future projects.

For this week, our wildcard update comes in the form of the concept image above, showcasing a possible character that may or may not be involved in an upcoming update for Cattle Castle 2.

That about sums up all our points for this edition of the Cattle Crew’s Weekly News. As always, thank you so much for your continued support of our Patreon, with your contributions we get to keep making the content we love and for that, we’re forever grateful. We’d especially like to give a shoutout to our patron of the week: Galaxy Croissant for their amazing support towards our projects.

Until the next weekly update, we’ll talk to you later.
