"Locked herself inside of something accidentally" --- And with one massively relieving gush, Harlyn's career as an escape artist is dead!  Even if they hadn't put cameras inside the safe, the pee dribbling out from the bottom of the door will tell them all they would need to know! XD

Was she locked in the safe accidentally?  No...  But taking into consideration that she was intending to escape shortly thereafter using the key in her glove --- not to spend 3 hours cooped-up inside of it --- it definitely became an accident!  (And in more ways than one!)  If only someone hadn't forgotten to slip her the key...
