Beach003B_test_11.gif should be good now (if you see anything that must be corrected, let me know). This is one hump, the more humps, the larger the file will get. Thanks to GIMP the file is relatively small, just 245 KB (without background image). For a 'dry' animation I now could copy this hump several times, but at the end there has a lot of fluids to be added, that means each single frames must get edited again for the down running and dropping fluids that starts with the next part. So only two humps. It could be more easy if this would be an ending animation, but it's supposed to be a non-stop animation. Still a long way.
