A job posting in the local Middleton newspaper:

"Seeking energetic, part-time sales associate, who has a passion for servicing their customers EVERY need. Must be team oriented and willing to perform ANY and ALL duties as required by management and senior staff.  Frequent opportunities for overtime."

Tara is a country girl whose family owns a farm way out on the outskirts of Middleton.  Farming ain't easy and often times it just isn't enough to make ends meet.  In order to help out her family, Tara is forced to find an after-school job in town.  Little does she know that you've really gotta bend over backwards (pun intended) to make it in the big city...and there's plenty of people who will take full advantage of some little country girl's naiveté.
