It's update time!

Character Art

SkullZombie has completed some more character art! Above, you can see the goth outfit and a new hairstyle. Right now, we are focusing on getting more hairstyles and clothes for the random girl generation. It's a big step toward the demo.

Background Art
Mamacita is still busy, so we don't have any new backgrounds yet. She will be back at it in full force once her schedule clears.

UI Art
Our UI artist has been hard at work, as you can see. The new dialogue assets really make the game feel like it's coming together. She is currently working on the brothel management UI (a big undertaking). I hope to have her work on the combat UI next, as it will give me something to work with.

Programming
I've made enormous strides in programming. To start with, I've got a rudimentary combat system ready for art. The combat isn't breathtaking, but it's a solid foundation. Once I have some UI for it, I hope to include it in the next update.

I've also done a massive overhaul on how characters are generated and how their data is stored. It's not something you'll notice, but it will ensure the game runs smoothly as we keep updating.

Next, I also got all of the new UI our artist has completed into the game. You see the new dialogue assets, starting bonus assets, settings assets, hud, location boxes, and credits assets. Now, I will need to alter some of the assets as it has been pointed out that the exit button could use more visual impact and clicking real estate.

Finally, you can now hire "female staff" from the slums. The dialogue kind of glitches right now, but it's a step in the right direction.
