We have been working on Alice's Ai for a while now. A new move has been added, a special attack on air, to make her be more intimidating. That video highlights what needs to be fixed with Alice and shown to my programmer. And while at it, I did some more testing with two other playable characters, Ninjuco and Rudy.

The  weird thing is that Alice was acting fine in the test room but her  behavior changed once she was placed in her Boss level, so some  additional things need to be fixed.

Other than that, I hired a  musician and I was looking for a voice actress. The musician wrote a couple of pieces that I really like. Regarding the voice actress, I  managed to find one after a few failed attempts. I came in contact with  her a while ago and thankfully I got the raw files just today! Now I have to go through a bunch of sound files, play with the pitch and  other options and decide which ones to use. There is still work to be  done in the sound department. But what I got is very promising!

An option to hit enemies while running would be epic

Rudy and Alice are playable characters that act exactly the way you describe. They run and hit enemies without stopping.

That is a powerful move, and we reserved it for the other characters, so that each character feels distinct. We considered making the Shield hit enemies but Voms has already a variety of weapons and we wanted to keep him grounded. Also, a hit-while-running would break Voms game and render every other character obsolete. It's like playing with Sonic in a Mario game. But yes, with such a move, Voms would be way cooler :)
