I apologize to any and all that was offended or potentially could’ve been by one of the symbols that I used on the Japan swatch. Another creator made me aware when I posted it, and I immediately took the post down and all the links to it so I can apply the proper changes. My only intention was inclusivity. I do not support the history associated with it. I do recognize that With inclusivity comes a huge responsibility along with doing my research, especially when including symbols. There were a lot of flags that I had to exclude from the set because of certain historical elements and I definitely overlooked this one.I will do better in my research in the future so I can more accurately be inclusive.
