Clarence rushed into his girlfriend's apartment with his spare key, his heart pounding in his chest while he frantically looked around. Leila had told him that she was being haunted by a ghost, but he hadn't taken her seriously at first. It wasn't until an elderly fortune teller at his school had warned him that something terrible was going to happen that he had started to believe her.

The fortune teller had given Clarence a small vial of holy water and insisted that he needed to protect Leila at all costs. With a growing sense of dread, he had raced to her apartment, praying that he wasn't too late.

As he entered the living room, he called out Leila's name, his voice cracking with fear. There was no answer, and he felt a chill run down his spine. He moved cautiously through the apartment, his heart hammering in his chest as he approached her bedroom. “Leila, I have it. I have something that’ll help.”

Just as he was about to open the door, Leila stepped out, an evil smile on her face. "You were too late," she said, her voice cold and distant. “I know what you were trying to do. I could tell by the tone of your voice when you called her.” Leila’s body shook its head. “When you called ME. You’re not very good at hiding your emotions.”

Clarence's blood ran cold, and he fumbled for the vial of holy water in his pocket. Without a moment's hesitation, he threw the water at Leila, watching as it splashed across her face. At first, nothing happened, and he felt a wave of despair wash over him. But then, slowly, Leila's expression began to change. Her eyes widened, and she let out a piercing scream, her body convulsing as if in the grip of some unseen force.

“Get out of her body,” Clarence hissed while she watched the spirit struggle. He pulled out the small cross he had brought with him just in case, holding it up as he recited his old Catholic prayers taught to him years ago in his youth. As he spoke the words, he could feel the power of his faith surging through him, like a protective barrier against the darkness.

But when he saw the smile return on Leila’s face, he realized that it wasn’t working. “Like I said, you’re too late. That would have worked before I possessed her permanently. This sexy body’s mine now. You’re going to have to get used to it - I know I’ll have to. I’ve never been a girl before - gosh, I can’t wait!” A single wink from her made Clarence realize that he’d never be able to get the real Leila back.
