Callum adjusted his pink bra and straightened his soft, silky hair. The smell of perfume candy lingered in the air after he gave himself a spritz. His makeup was on point for Callum’s birthday party at the club, and he actually got his eyes right this time. “You’re already fitting into your new body,” Mike said from behind him. Callum spun around and smiled when he saw Mike, his legal husband, entering the room. “You wear Priscilla well, you know...”

“Well, after basically growing up with her, I pretty much know what she likes.” His heart started to race when he felt the warmth of Mike’s body radiating in front of him. Flickers of what they’d been doing to each other fluttered through his head, and he fought every desire to just lose himself right then and there. He never felt this way around Mike in his old body, but now that he was inside his wife, he could hardly control himself around the man. It didn’t help that they’d spent nearly a week together in never ending bliss.

Callum was Priscilla’s personal assistant after she helped him from homelessness. They’d known each other for years, and she had a soft spot for him since she knew about his difficult upbringing. But after getting into a horrific accident, his body was broken beyond repair while Priscilla became brain dead. In an effort to save his life, the woman’s family consented to placing his brain inside of her when it was discovered that their bodies were compatible for a mind transferring procedure. After his brain was placed inside of Priscilla’s body, it took him nearly four months to rehabilitate him in his new body.

And having Mike as a supportive husband really helped Callum explore his new self. It took a while to accept that his childhood friend was gone, but it was reassuring to know that the people in his life understood his pain. Life wasn’t going to get any easier, especially now that he felt obligated to live Priscilla’s life to the fullest. And the more he thought about it, the more he realized that being a woman wasn’t going to be so bad.
