From petter & team once again remarkable work .. Throughout the whole video, I wanted to shake that Captain A…and I get the notion of the training aspect vs „pilot error“…. However, I can’t shake the feeling that those actions were so basic & piss poor (ie the thrust, shutting the wrong engine etc) that something went severely wrong in training way before he was at this airline…🙈 so, it’s a rare case where I think that the term pilot error might apply

Petter, your caution about the automatic label, "pilot error", resonates. In my USAF active duty, it was said all mishap investigations found "pilot error" for two reasons: 1. "*I* would never make *that* mistake" (?), and 2. "I can't bear the thought of our equipment being that unreliable"
