If it was VMC conditions as the video shows I am surprised that the Captain did not look up to see what the bank situation was or glance to the right to see the FO's ADI and make quick corrective action. I guess he was fixated on his ADI.

Midway during the pushback the tug broke down. So they would disconnect and require another working tug to hook up to complete the pushback right ? Why did they call for a "Follow Me" car ?!

It was probably quicker to just taxi away from that position instead of waiting for another tug.
