Aircraft landing with missing tail section!!

On the 19th of May a Swift Air boeing 737-800 landed in San Diego, USA with a section of its tail missing. The aircraft was 21 years old when the incident occurred and it had been flying from Victorvill The missing bit is referred to as a Dorsal fin and in this video I will be briefily explaining the purpose of that part as well as possible causes and how dangerous this would have been to the crew onboard. Please continue to send me messages with curious incidents and things you want me to explain. You can reach me on Twitter @MentourPilot or Instagram @mentour_pilot or my Facebook page.
