Hi guys!

I hope this version works better. As I was saying before, I saw this video-clip on Twitter yesterday and I wanted to REally make a point with this video. This type of behaviour can lead to real breakdown in CRM and can not be tolerated.

Let me know what you think about the video and sorry, again, for the short preview time. I will still be on Holidays and take care of my family until September when I am planning to get back to my regular schedule.

Next week, me and my wife will have our (8 years delayed) wedding party and then we will go to Sweden in August.
