Good morning my friends and supporters!

Here comes your first, exclusive preview for this weekend.

As I mentioned in the hangout, we are running a bit late with the Mentour Pilot episode this week so we will switch places and release the Mentour NOW! video, tomorrow instead.

This is a very sensitive subject but I felt I needed to address it anyway. As you know there are a lot of conspiracy theories out there and in this episode, I just want to give MY picture of the importance of Whistleblowers.

As always I would love your feedback. Have an absolutely fantastic weekend! 💕

Well, we definitely live in a world where whistleblowers are necessary but recently, we tend to hear about them for the wrong reasons. We had the red lights stopping production as far back as the early '90's at Varian Medical in Palo Alto ...Mechanics,engineers, assemblers and production planners were instructed to hit that light button for quality issues and part shortage issues. This caused an immediate stop to the line, an immediate meeting on the line of production management, materials and purchasing managers and quality personnel. Action items were assigned and the line stopped until the issue was resolved. No finger pointing just action. And an after action review at EOD for a root cause analysis. Expensive? You bet! But not as costly as an extraordinarily expensive to repair cancer radiation therapy machine grinding to a halt in India or Spain, less expensive than the life and death situation of the poor person relying on our machine to cure their cancer. Boeing just never got it, speaking of root causes, and I believe that the merger with MD is the root cause of this incredible quality fiasco there and at their suppliers. Let's have a look at Boeing's cost/benefit analyses please. As an American I am so ashamed at calling them an American company.

It seems obvious to me that Boeing's quality issues accelerated steeply after the merger with McDonnell Douglas. The HQ move to Chicago coincides with McDonnell Douglas managers gaining in power at Boeing; Virtually every one of Pettar's recommendations are being disregarded. When you have pilots refusing to fly Boeing jets that is all the proof you need that this is a disaster in the making.

Considering Petter’s profession, he knows he cannot speak publicly about exactly what he thinks regarding the whistleblowers, and what may have occurred to them. He has to protect his professional reputation and be careful what he says.
