You state @ 6:57. "We pilots never depart unless ...", business jets sometimes operate under part 91 of FAA regulations, not relevant in full airline operations, but does allow much lower requirements, and sometimes leads to regretable accidents, perhaps there is a video in the differences between Bizjet and full airline operations.
