Or

• Open reshade-setup, select AssassinsCreed_Dx9.exe.
• Select Directx9.
• Select all effects and install.
• Copy all.ini from WithoutRTGI.zip and paste in your game directory (\Assassins Creed).
• Open Texmod.
• Click on large folder icon, browse AssassinsCreed_Dx9.exe.
• Click on smaller folder icon in the middle and select AC1.tpf
• Run
• Press Home to open reshade menu.
• Select presets from preset tab.
• Go to D3D9 option and select the box shown in the picture below.
• 
• Play.
