Reshade can't download everything to the game folder, it doesn't connect to the server. and in the file version 0.17 there is no one shown on the screen, where is the full version of the reshade folder as in the video??? what did I pay for??

Perhaps they are causing problem with internet connection. Try using a VPN to download the shaders in reshade. Also, RTGI 0.19 was used in this graphics mod so I cannot guarantee an older version will work or not.
