This is a problem I have seen with some of graphics cards like an RX 570 for example couldn't support this directx effect. I think you can try disabling the game UI. This will fix the problem. If not please use the version without dof.

I put your folders into my Assasins Creed Black Flag folder and startet the game. I dont have any new graphics. #

For some reason, the mod stops Steam Big Screen from recognizing controller inputs, any idea why/how to fix it?
