I second the hosting switch suggestion. They're using Plesk fer crissakes. Plesk is an atrocity. You find someone selling "hosting" and it turns out to be Plesk, it is a MAJOR indicator that they don't know what they are doing.

I have been on Omnis.com for over a decade now and am VERY happy with their services. I do know there are cheaper out there but, the service and up-time has been great with Omnis.
