Reward claim Method (Patreon)

I want to figure out the best way for you all to Manage your rewards and claiming them! Please vote on this so we can figure out what is best <3

So far I have two options but I am very open to more!
Options: 

Trello: This would be a patreon only trello page and each of you would get an individual box each month that you will be able to track the progress with a checklist of the month and of your individual piece. I can set you all as a Team member so that i can send reminders to you all regarding rewards.
