Trip inside Lady meralimexia single sequence (Patreon)

Ok this time it's really finished ;D And as promised I'm putting it into a single  image so you just have to scroll down to get the full effect ;3   ( It's a large 10mo-ish picture )

I put more texture on the tongue and flesh, added a more reflects but also attempted to draw a bit more of a realistic view of Merali's throat, with showing the epiglottis. it's the first time I'm trying this and references are very rare or very in motion in case of endoscopy cameras so the result is not necessarily super accurate but well I tried XD
