After a vacation, and a few delays, a new version of Peasant's Quest is finally here! This one has been a major pain in the butt to make, but hopefully you'll find it worth it:-).

I'll be posting a download link for patrons shortly.

What's new?

- New inventory menu. There are more than 100 items in the game, so it was about time to split them up in categories. I'll probably add more categories later, and I need to add higher res icons, but it's a start.

- A new character, she comes with three possible scenes, and yes, you can make her pregnant:-)

- New scene(s) for Caleah and Ziva. This is a two in one scene, somewhat similar to the one with vampires in the crypt.

- New maps, including more floors for the temple of Qetesh.

- 5 new quests to complete. Visit Ziva at the temple to trigger these.

- New clothing item in Edgars shop

- A new special potion

- 100+ new images

Changes and improvements:

- I've decided to forego last versions hunger system for now. I felt it became a bit too much micromanagement and made life harder for new players. Instead of making food a necessity I'm making food a bonus. You can now use food as healing, you can hunt or cultivate crop to sell for money and you can earn experience by preparing food. This should make life easier for new players, while adding more options for veterans.

- Crops can now be harvested from all fields.

- Fixed a shitload of bugs, spelling- and graphical errors. (Thanks for all the feedback!)

Guess that's about all I remember at the moment...

What a way to start a Sunday!! Thank you so much! One question. Is there a way to transfer our save data from the previous version to this one?

Tinkerer

Yup, copy save folder from old version and paste it over the empty save folder in the new version.

Shark Tooth

Yas. I'm looking forward to play this version. Making foods for buffs instead of controlling hunger/(powerfull debuff) is a good idea. Knowing the stupid way I play, I'll probably also accidentally burn this woman to ashes too... even if it's not programmed and she appears to be a half dragon. ... hehe, I'll call he backhead boobs :-P

Levin

So far I searched everywhere in the temple but i couldn't find the new potion's recipe.

Tinkerer

If you read Theresa's journal, It states she took the recipe with her.

Tinkerer

No worries, she is pretty flame resistant. Although there is an optional avoid-getting-to-know-her route. Don't recommend that one though, unless you just can't stand sex with overgrown lizards.

Shark Tooth

Something I have been wondering about, but never asked. How does the circle like timer actually work... or to be precise, is there any indicator/indication for the current time? I've just assumed the current time to be from the furthest left or the middle. An arrow or the like would be mighty neat to have on the timer. Or maybe it removes a thematic "circa feeling from looking at the position of the sun in the horizon", people had in the old days, before clocks were invented. There is some immersion in this little element of uncertainty.

Tinkerer

Yeah it's not as clear as I had hoped. The disc spins clockwise. If the sun is at the highest point, it's approximately mid-day. Gradually the sun will turn down to the right and a moon rotates to the top. At which point it's approximately midnight.

someone would tell you how to get the gemstone on the western road?

Shark Tooth

Going west from the cemetary. You will find a burned area, which also gives you the new recipe. Talk to the inn–keeper and ask him about the incident. He will tell you of a great beast. Asking him again—this time about the beast, gemstone, and so forth, will reveal a new area to the south of the inn. Parley with the "beast" and learn more about the gemstone and you will eventually be in it's possession after a short quest.

thanks you

Shark Tooth

I think, it would have been sort of funny albeit not sexy, but hilarious if he had /was "forced" to (still giving the player the option to leave or clear the quest in other ways) have sex with her in her dragon form first (probably necessitating a giant potion). A little later having her nonchalantly turn into her human form in an unrelated matter and the MC having a big wtf moment. There's a lot of room for comedy in this scenario.

Tinkerer

I briefly considered a pure dragon sex scene, but the size difference just made it awkward....and making her a tiny dragon, just wasn't very impressive...

So hot <3

Magics&Mundane

i have a question, is a harem house going to be possible to get in the game? like giantess, Gwynnet the other elf girl and perhaps 1-2 more women or even more? on top of that Gwynnet and the other elf girl near the village id like to see them impregnate-able one day! ;)
