I was weighing in at a bit over 201 the past few mornings but I wanted a stretch of days to confirm. Yesterday was the first day all week I took it a bit easy on calorie intake, because of work, but this morning I was still over 200 and can officially say I've hit the milestone 😀

What's next? I am still taking it one day at a time but I've enjoyed these gains so much, my new short term goal is 210. I'm hoping to be pushing 205 in these next 2.5 weeks or so. I like to think these body fat scales today are fairly accurate, it's exciting to see my measurements right on the verge of technically moving closer to "obesity" than I am to just "overweight."
