During my fit phase I was so committed. I'd swap things like french fries out for broccoli while at a restaurant. I've been having lots of fun letting go, got carried away and just realized I've had 4 different fast foods in the past 24 hours 😅🐷

Mcdonalds lunch break yesterday: Quarter Pounder, Mcchicken, large fries, large Dr Pepper

(Part of) last night's dinner: Chic fil a deluxe sandwich meal with waffle fries and a lemonade

Krispy Kreme Dessert: this was a pleasant surprise from a friend, 6x donuts. Including the chocolate eclair donut..390 cals alone 🤤

Burger King lunch break today: Whopper, medium fries, chicken fries and a Dr. Pepper, followed by 600cal of brownie bites I had in my desk

Excited to keep this up and to see how much weight I've already packed on 😉
