A whole year has passed since I have started using Patreon. It is a great alternative to a regular job and gives me a sense of certainty and stability...

It is not the Patreon itself that gives me that feeling but my subscribers. This year, I have prepared a pretty good update for my Patrons. I'm giving a $5 discount for all the basic options, as well as opening new pledges. That gives my subscribers a chance to shift down a bit and stop paying for services they don't really want to pay for or to pay extra and therefore get more from me. All of that gives a pretty flexible freedom of choice.

I am also opening two extra pledges:

- Supersponsor Pledge - You are getting a chance to be mentioned on my commissions as a supersponsor. I know it is weird but some people might like the idea.

- Print kit pledge - You are getting all the printouts of my new artworks and an artbook in case there is one that's being issued this month.

One more news. Feed is still working in the same way it did before but all the attachments will be sent to my Patrons' DMs only after I see their prepayment. That also means that if you want to access previous months' artworks and attachments are not available if you have not paid for them before. All of that is related to copyright issues and piracy since Patreon does not have any protection against users who tend to subscribe, download everything and then unsubscribe straight after.

I have been waiting for Patreon to introduce advanced options regarding prepayments but I still don't see any improvements on that matter. Well, I hope that my new system will improve the current state. I am witnessing many artist working using that scheme so I have decided to adopt it as well.
