Neon Shaun is the premiere uber/lyft driver of the Hustleverse and taxi's customers at lightning speed across town.

He's pretty well off and the garage his family owns is able to take care of his expenses and daughter (idk how much of a stretch that is but basically I want his garage to become the macguffin-location where most of the main drivers get their repairs done. And also makes it a good bargaining chip for the drivers he tries to recruit for his racing team.) 

Him and Delivery Boy go back - with the latter currently living out of the former's garage Fonzi style, helping babysit his kid while he's out working.
