The Veloster Turbo is pretty affordable, but you could make him the 'rich parents buy me everything's' type of character and Give him a Veloster N. Personally, I like the 2013-17 body style but the 2018+ is the sleeker look. Or a Tiburon, if anything. Could make him ironically driving in a not-fast car and make him delusional that its actually fast.
