Our Magic Item Cards are objects in our world, usually accompanying the series we tackle that month. The item might help you visualize the world and its creations better: add items for effects on your players, add them to your treasure box for flavor, or use them as a quest item.

Without further ado, this month's exclusive Item Cards for all "The First Scouts," "First Class Ranger," "Undaunted Pioneer," “Grand Archivist,” and “Master Chronicler” supporters are here to accompany you and your companions’ epic tales:

[The First Scouts] [First Class Ranger] [Undaunted Pioneer] & [Grand Archivist] [Master Chronicler]

  • Brew of Morning Dew
Consumable (Potion) | Uncommon | Requires No Attunement
Contained within this simple vial is a liquid that seems to shimmer with the first light of dawn, with a single, small root immersed in it. This root, known for its potent purifying qualities, gives the brew power. Some say it’s an alcoholic’s best friend, giving them the chance of skipping a hangover or two.
Fresh Start. You can use an Action to consume this potion or administer it to another, healing the drinker, who regains 1d3 hit points and is cured from a poison affecting them.

  • Razorblade
Simple Weapon (Dagger) | Rare | Requires Attunement
The Razorblade melds the lethality of nature's silent killers with the serene beauty of its growths. Its blade, shaped like a leaf, gleams with a sharpness that belies its organic origin, while the handle and frame mimic the rugged grace of tree branches, offering a grip as sturdy as the ancient oaks.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Venomous Edge. The Razorblade is imbued with a natural toxin. On a hit with this weapon, the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 1d6 poison damage and become poisoned until the end of your next turn.
Ring of Roots

  • Wondrous Item (Trinket) | Very Rare | Requires Attunement
A vibrant gem adorns its top, pulsating with the root essence of the forest, captivating onlookers with its amber sheen.
Poison Hold. The ring binds tightly around your finger, rooting itself in your veins. As a result, you feel closer to nature and gain resistance to poison damage.
Vine Bind. You can use an Action to target one creature within 60 feet of you standing on soil, grass, or natural ground. The targeted creature must make a DC 15 Strength or Dexterity saving throw (their choice) or become restrained by encroaching roots and vines from the ground beneath.
The creature remains restrained until it succeeds on a DC 15 Strength check or ends after 1 minute, as the vines wither away.
Vine Bind cannot target a creature in the same spot twice, having already exhausted nature there. To attempt to restrain a creature again, they must be in a different position where the ground is fresh and untouched by the ring's power.

  • Mask of the Untamed
Wondrous Item (Headgear) | Legendary | Requires Attunement by a Druid
The Mask of the Untamed is a relic of immense power. Its form merges the primal essence of the wild with the profound mystique of druidic and shamanic traditions. The mask bears the visage of serene nature while etched with intricate inscriptions that pulse with vibrant, untamed energy.
Nature's Overlord. While wearing the mask, you gain Advantage on all Nature checks, and Beasts within 300 feet of you are calmed, refusing to attack unless provoked.
Guardian of the Wild. Once per Long Rest, you may call forth the essence of the untamed wild to summon a spectral guardian in the form of a Great Bear, Dire Wolf, or Giant Eagle (chosen upon summoning). The guardian acts on your turn, following your telepathic commands and fighting to protect you for up to 1 hour or until it is reduced to 0 hit points.
