“Your suspicion rises to a high after spotting one of the missing villagers in the church. His behavior is clumsy and his movements odd. You confront the man with much vigor, not leaving a minute-detail out of the adventure he caused you to go on. The man just stares at you blankly while you barrage him with a flurry of words. You end your long rant with a sigh and decide to let him have some words: “what are you doing out here? We’ve been looking for you for months! Your wife is devastated.” The not-so-missing villager looks at you blankly with his bulging eyes for a full minute, then responds: “Yes.”

Each and every question you ask is answered with a creepy and silencing… “yes.” You look around and notice that many of the people present at the church are giving simple “yes” and “no” answers.

What is going on? You leave the church for now, waiting to return in the morning so you can easily snoop around. Your return has paid off… a secret entrance leading downstairs. You can’t believe your eyes, a mystical crypt hidden underneath the church.”
