Our Magic Item Cards are objects in our world, usually accompanying the series we tackle that month. The item might help you visualize the world and its creations better: add items for effects on your players, add them to your treasure box for flavor, or use them as a quest item.

• Treant’s Berry Pie

Consumable | Uncommon | Requires No Attunement

A rustic pie with a detailed leaf and vine-designed crust, filled with vibrant berries harvested from a treant’s grove. The pie is topped with a dollop of fresh cream and garnished with edible flowers. This magical pie is known for its rejuvenating properties.

Healing Delight. When consumed, the Treant’s Berry Pie restores (1d8+2) hit points. Additionally, the consumer will be granted Advantage on saving throws against being poisoned. The effect lasts for 1 hour.

• Fried Mandrake and Chips

Consumable | Uncommon | Requires No Attunement

Crispy tempura shaped like miniature mandrake roots, served with a side of green herb dipping sauce and chips. This peculiar dish has surprising effects on those who dare to eat it.

Mandrake's Bite. When consumed, Fried Mandrake and Chips grants the consumer resistance to poison damage for 1 hour.

Additionally, the consumer can use their reaction to let out a frightening shriek once within the next hour, forcing all creatures within 10 feet to make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of your next turn.

• Grimoire’s Mirror

Wondrous Item | Rare | Requires Attunement

This small handheld mirror, framed in intricate silver filigree, shows visions of possible futures. The mirror's reflective surface glimmers with an otherworldly light.

• Augury. Once per day, the user can spend 1 minute concentrating on the mirror to cast the Augury spell without expending a spell slot.

• Amulet of Arcane Shielding

Wondrous Item (Amulet) | Legendary | Requires Attunement

This amulet projects a protective barrier around the wearer. Crafted from a rare crystal, it shimmers with a faint magical aura.

While wearing this amulet, you gain a +1 bonus to your Armor Class.

Arcane Shield. When the wearer is targeted by a spell or magical effect, they can use their Reaction to cast the Shield spell. Once this ability is used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.

• Second Life. Once per day, if the wearer's hit points drop below 1 due to any effect or attack, the amulet completely absorbs all the damage, reducing it to 0. This effect can prevent the wearer from dying and cannot be used again until the next dawn.
