1.5-beta4: "Popular" section (Patreon)

In this version, added the section "Popular". This section contains popular content at different time intervals, sorted in order of decreasing popularity.

This section at the time of the beta will be publicly available, but after the release of version 1.5 it will be available only for patrons with a tier of 1$ and more.
