For existing Gold Patrons and above,  'Pic of the Month' will increase once we hit the 20 person mark (We're sitting at 18!)  -  which would mean every Gold patron and above can give 2-3 ideas per month.

I'm hoping it will not only give as many people the chance to have their ideas done, but also to include a lot more variety in the monthly pictures.
