I spent today rolling gently over hills of sand, and connecting with my Aunt and Uncle. It was a most unusual process, starting with letting out the air on the tires of their 4x4 Dodge Ram. To my surprise, it was like riding on clouds as we cruised the open beach. An experience unlike anything I've done. Had such a blast. I even managed to collect a few sea shells to bring back home.

Although I'm in town because my Grandfather died, I'm actually getting much closer to my family in the process. Today was especially great, as I learned something amazing.

My Nana was not only a bartender back in the day (where she said she made great money), but she was also a Go-go Dancer. How cool is that? She later became a Registered Nurse, and spent many years saving lives.

Jimmy was a respected (and award winning) Rotary Member, and basically everyone's accountant in town. When he passed it was difficult for the family to contact all of his clients to return their tax information. He was loved, but also needed!

After we had the Ocean adventure, and I caught up with Nana some more, I spent time in her back yard exploring and taking photos.

I love spending time here.

Isn't this the cutest?

Saw this on the wall. This person looks very familiar...

Got back to the hotel and had a swim <3

And now I'm in bed watching My Hero Academia! Going to the lake tomorrow! I'm having a very good time here. Thank you for your support. Means a lot to me.

Love,

Brandon

Brandon, this is probably one of the biggest and most important trips you've ever taken. A trip to pay respects has turned out to be a lot more than you ever expected. You've learned more and grown more in a few days. Thanks allowing us to be a part of it! HUGGZZZZ
