Good news and plans for the future of my Patreon! (Patreon)

Plans for art in general:

Patreon

-In short, Patreon is now my primary focus. Starting in June, I'll be setting the minimum quality of uploads from sketch to colored sketch (think the kind that Zackary/Braeburned do). I may decide to also upload sketches alongside them, but I want to shift my Patreon's quality consistently up over time, and that includes the minimum quality. This means every few months I might upload an entire sketch batch of pics I won't be finishing or were practice sketches, but in terms of content, expect it to always be colored sketch quality or higher from June onwards!

-I'm sure you've noticed the increase in straight art lately; it's mostly a burst of art that I've had sitting for quite a while and was kind of afraid to post, but expect it to stick around. I've come to terms over the past couple years that I'm just painfully bi, and I want my art to reflect who I actually am and the kinds of themes I want to draw. I deeply love everything gay, but also quite deeply love straight stuff, so it'll be more balanced going forward. I do fully expect that will cause some people to lose interest, and that's okay! No hard feelings, and I hope you'll enjoy the art from me that you do enjoy, whenever I make the kind you prefer.

-Comics (currently TNG), Kivu's Den, and Kivu's Wolf Pack content will be the pillars of my Patreon. I'll occasionally do one-off images, but think of this Patreon as primarily focused on comics and the way each fits into the lore of my characters' universe! The other content will be fairly at-random R34 pics, pics with my woof and bun and our growing cast of super hot characters, and other bonuses for the higher tiers of course.

-Themes: while I can't get *too* spicy on Patreon, I'm attempting to up the hotness levels of my art. I've already somewhat started, but you should be able to notice a change (and hopefully nut a lot more <3).

-Pace: I'll be aiming for 1 comic page every 2-3 weeks. With commissions out of the way, I should be able to fully commit to finishing TNG part 1 this year, and we'll see where that leads me. I'm going to sacrifice quite a bit of income for this period to see how it feels and works out. KWP and KD tiers will be the primary source of filler content here aside from R34 here and there.

Commissions

-I'm finally winding down my queue that had leftover pieces from as long as 3 years ago. As many of you know, I injured my drawing hand 4 years ago, and it's been hell for me since. I've tried to keep up with art through my recovery, but my output as a result of trying to deal with the injury, Patreon, and owed old commissions, WHILE still having to take on new commissions to have enough money to survive has been the hardest period of my life so far. Thank you all for sticking around with me for this long - especially those who've done so even through my hardest periods of low productivity here on Patreon especially.

I'm at the point in my art career where I want to fully dedicate myself to my own work, stories, and characters on Patreon. That doesn't mean that I'll never take commissions again, but it does mean that I'm going to be very selective about what projects I take on. I'm planning on taking no more than 1 or 2 commissions at a given time, and working on the commissions that I know I'll be able to bring to life or that align with my interests the most, because that's what gives you all the best (and most importantly, hottest work!)
