Wow. This took FOREVER. But I'm more proud of this pic than of any I've ever done before, and I hope the hard work and love on this one showed through. I wish I could just do stuff like this every time, and that's kinda my ultimate goal, so we'll see if we can make it happen one day!

Note: Later on in the month/the beginning of August, I'll be posting an alt or two of this for $10+ patrons!

I'm so glad you noticed that and like it! I spent like 3 days making a custom brush in Clip Studio after lots of frustration of not having certain Photoshop effects in Clip's brushes. I find while the brush engine is AMAZING, the brush textures of the defaults is honestly pretty lacking. They have some good textures you can apply on top of brushes though, so just go into the settings and play around with the various types until you find one that's texture-y but not over the top. I wish I could read Japanese to tell you the file name of the texture, but it's 9 slots down for the "paper type" texture options. You just apply it to whatever brush you like, and go from there. I recommend square or triangle shaped tips for most brushes.
